Meghan Trainor is singing her own praises when it comes to therapy and marriage counseling. "I'm in heavy therapy. I was in marriage counseling while doing this album [Toy With Me], which is why I wrote 'Potential.' That was right after a marriage therapy session," Trainor, 32, exclusively shared in Us Weekly's latest cover story. "We're so good now that I recommend it to everyone. But that's where having the young kids, we learned, one through five, your marriage gets pushed to the side, and then you're like, 'Why are we fighting? We're on the same team.
