Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner had a falling out after collaborating on Girls. Dunham and Konner were once very close friends working on the HBO series together as co-showrunners and executive producers, with Dunham also starring on the show and main character Hannah. Girls premiered in 2012 and ran for six seasons. Following the Girls series finale in 2017, Dunham and Konner went to work on another series titled Camping, which aired for one season in 2018. The show ultimately ended up being the pair's last project as they announced they were parting ways creatively.
