The John Doe accused Ye of sucker-punching him in front of a hotel in WeHo. And this story is CRAZY, y'all! In legal docs obtained by TMZ, this man claims that he was sitting at a table when Kanye approached and punched him in the face, which "knocked him to the ground". He says he "hit his head and lost consciousness" and that Ye "repeatedly punched him as he lay unconscious on the ground" after that.
