Teen Mom alum Kailyn Lowry is preparing to go back under the knife. "I'm getting my neck chopped off in two weeks so I'm, like, sort of waiting to get Botox until after that," Lowry, 33, said on the Tuesday, August 12, episode of iHeartRadio's "Coffee Convos" podcast. Lowry explained that her tattoo "might move" where it is no longer visible as a result of the upcoming procedure. "I don't know what I'm going to do about that," she added. "But I'm really excited to have a snatched jawline. What's weird [is] when I sit up straight, I don't really have a double chin, right.
