Brittany Cartwright is putting her best foot forward on season 4 of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test. "It was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life," Brittany, 36, said on the Tuesday, August 12, episode of PodcastOne's "Detox Retox With Tom Schwartz" podcast. "I've been very open about heights and how that terrifies me so doing different things like that, I'm proud of myself." When Tom Schwartz noted that the reality TV show pushes celebrities to their "limits," Brittany agreed before going on to admit that she cried "at least three times" while filming. "Let's just say I tried," she said with a laugh, while remaining tight-lipped on how she ultimately fared on the reality show. Everything to Know So Far About 'Special Forces' Season 4 To prepare herself for the grueling challenges, Brittany said she watched previous episodes of the show - including when former Vanderpump Rules costar Tom Schwartz competed in season 2. (Tom ultimately exited the show early, with Erin Jackson and Bachelor Nation's Tyler Cameron and Nick Viall being crowned the season's winners.) "I was like, 'Wow, Tom actually was impressive on that show.' Except for that time that he had to carry ... JoJo Siwa carried Tom," she said. "That's hilarious." Brittany was announced as one of the 18 contestants trying their hand at Special Forces season 4, which follows celebrities as they compete in various physically and psychologically difficult challenges with no eliminations. Her fellow cast members include Shawn Johnson East and husband Andrew East, Jessie James Decker and husband Eric Decker, Teresa Giudice and daughter Gia Giudice, Kody Brown, Eva Marcille, Mark Estes, Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia, Jussie Smollett, Randall Cobb, Chanel Iman, Johnny Manziel, Ravi V. Patel, Christie Pearce Rampone and Nick Young. Season 4 of the competition series was held in Morocco to "endure the extreme circumstances of urban warfare," according to the season's description. "All recruits must learn the art of getting comfortable with being uncomfortable as they are faced with training challenges across the country's expansive desert terrain, including a supply search in an abandoned village where they must race to extraction, a treacherous rat-run through dark and narrow tunnels, a plane shell dunk drill where pairs of recruits will be submerged underwater and must escape, a death-defying urban ladder crossing between buildings 50 ft above the urban streets, and much more," the description read. Special Forces season 4 premieres on Fox Thursday, September 25, at 9 p.m. ET.
