Ben Affleck has handed over his portion of the interest on the Beverly Hills property he previously bought with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez to the pop star herself. Affleck, 53, and Lopez, 56, modified their property settlement agreement from their divorce, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly. (TMZ was first to report the news.)
