The former mayor of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, has been arrested in Texas, where authorities claim is where he fled to after learning more victims had come forward to accuse him of sexual assault and abuse. Chad-Allen Carr was apprehended in Anderson County after a warrant had been issued this week for his arrest, according to Adams County Sheriff Joshua Fitting. The warrant was issued on Wednesday, April 8, but when police went to arrest Carr, 48, they discovered he was no longer in Gettysburg.
