Denise Richards secured a huge legal win in her ongoing divorce battle with estranged husband Aaron Phypers. Court documents obtained by Page Six reveal that a Los Angeles judge ruled on Wednesday, April 8, that debt collection company Creditors Adjustment Bureau cannot seize any "wages and other assets" made by Richards, 55, to pay Phypers' debt. The Creditors Adjustment Bureau filed a motion for Richards' money in September 2025, claiming that the actress was responsible for Phypers' debt.
