A man has been charged with murder after he was involved in a California car crash that killed a pregnant woman and her boyfriend. Marshall Campbell Judson has been charged with two counts of murder, one count each of murder of a human fetus, assault upon a peace officer or firefighter, carrying a concealed, loaded and unregistered firearm in a vehicle and three counts of fleeing a pursuing peace officer's motor vehicle causing death, according to the criminal complaint viewed by ABC 7. The Pomona Police Department said that officers responded to a home on April 1 at 9:30 p.m.
