New details regarding the recent domestic violence allegations against Taylor Frankie Paul have emerged as the reality TV star fights for custody of her 2-year-old son with ex Dakota Mortensen. Paul, 31, and Mortensen, 33, appeared virtually in court on Tuesday, April 7, where a guardian spoke as a neutral third party in the best interest of the former couple's son, Ever. The guardian claimed that, during an altercation in May 2025, Paul shoved Mortensen while he was holding the child. Mortensen allegedly nearly fell over with the child in his arms.
