The owner of a South Carolina baby boutique has been taken into custody once again - four days after her 15th arrest this year, according to authorities. Pamela Brooke Shronce, who is accused of scamming dozens of customers throughout the state, was arrested on Monday, April 6, on two counts of breach of trust with fraudulent intent, according to the Oconee County Sheriff's Office. This is Schronce's 16th arrest - and the 16th time she's had her mugshot taken - in 2026, WHNS reported.
