Todd Meadows' cause of death has officially been determined. More than five weeks after the Deadliest Catch deckhand tragically passed away while out fishing on the Bering Sea, we've learned what caused his death. According to the 25-year-old's death certificate, which was obtained by TMZ on Monday, he died from "drowning with probable hypothermia" and "submersion of body in cold water." That's so incredibly awful... The death certificate cites his time of death as 5:15 p.m. local time on February 25th in an "accident" aboard the Aleutian Lady vessel in Alaska.
