Joseph was arrested on March 18, 2026, for unlawful sexual activity with a minor after a 14-year-old girl accused the Counting On alum of molesting her in Florida in 2020. The victim told police that Joseph "eventually apologized for his actions" at the time and "the incidents stopped."
