A South Carolina woman who runs a baby clothing boutique has been arrested 15 times since the start of 2026, with authorities across the state accusing her of taking money from dozens of customers who never received the products they ordered. Pamela Brooke Schronce, of Anderson County, owns Thomas & Turner Boutique in Belton. The business is marketed as a "boutique for trendy little babies" offering "custom designed pieces," according to its Instagram page.
