Grey's Anatomy is shaking things up at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital with a concerning investigation ahead of the season finale. During the Thursday, April 2, episode of the hit ABC series, Miranda (Chandra Wilson) tried to hide the fact that Kwan (Harry Shum Jr.) secretly gave a patient an experimental treatment that was denied by the FDA. Miranda's husband, Ben (Jason George), was the first to catch on and then Richard (James Pickens Jr.) caught wind of it. He called Miranda into his office - not knowing Kwan was at fault - to warn her of an official investigation into the incident.
