An Indiana court official has taken legal action to stop a man who has been described as a "sexually violent predator" from marrying a 22-year-old woman, according to a report. Bradley D. Armstrong was arrested just before his wedding ceremony in La Porte County back on March 17, when the La Porte County Sheriff's Office announced that he had falsified an application to obtain a marriage license.
