Joshua Jackson and his ex-wife, Jodie Turner-Smith, are navigating custody negotiations with the help of a private judge. According to newly filed court docs submitted on Wednesday, April 1, and obtained by Us Weekly, the private judge will oversee all final custody issues, including post-judgment issues pertaining to their 5-year-old daughter, Juno, until March 4, 2029. The private judge will also oversee future custody modifications and child support matters nearly one year after the former couple finalized their divorce in May 2025.
