Kathy Griffin is coming clean about recent cosmetic work she's undergone. In the Tuesday, August 5, episode of her "Talk Your Head Off" podcast, Griffin, 64, confirmed she underwent her third facelift. "I know that's so vain!" she said. "I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face. You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want." Griffin credited the work to her Beverly Hills surgeon, Dr. Ben Talei, and added that she had additional work done to her chin and near her eyes.
