A suspect is in custody and another is still on the loose after a 7-month-old baby girl was killed by a stray bullet while being pushed in a stroller in Brooklyn, New York. The incident took place on Humboldt and Moore streets around 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1. Officials said that 7-month-old Kaori Patterson-Moore was being pushed in a stroller by her mother when the shots were fired nearby. After Kaori was hit, her father ran with her to the nearby Woodhull Hospital for treatment. She was pronounced dead soon after.
