Zendaya is stepping up her ambassadorship with On as a first-time shoe designer. For the Swiss activewear brand's fall/winter collection, the Emmy-winning actress and her longtime "Image Architect" Law Roach have teamed up in designing the Cloudzone Moon sneaker ($200), which features a breathable mesh upper, more forefoot padding and On's signature CloudTec cushioning in the sculpted midsole. It'll be followed up with the Cloudtilt Moon, a recovery-focused silhouette co-created by Zendaya and Roach dropping on Oct. 2 that's "softer in design and function" and features a sock-like knit upper and CloudTech Phase sole. The two-time Emmy winner showcases her foray into footwear in the latest On apparel campaign styled by Roach and shot by photographer Emily Lipson, while filmmaker Bardia Zeinali (who has directed music videos for Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber and others) directed the collection's accompanying film. The "Be Every You" campaign sees Zendaya in a range of looks for HIIT, yoga, running and other activities. "Movement has always been a part of how I connect with myself, and movement looks different for everyone," Zendaya says in a statement. "This story felt personal - a reminder that we are all multifaceted beings, with so many brilliant pieces that ultimately make up who we are, make us whole. To me it's about embracing every little bit of ourselves, and being present in every version of yourself." The campaign includes playful social content in which the 28-year-old Euphoria star channels a slew of characters, including a red carpet security guard, Shakespeare's Romeo and even Roach himself. Zendaya made her debut as a celebrity face for On in June 2024. Her long-standing partnership included a fictional sci-fi film trailer earlier this spring directed by visual artist Nadia Lee Cohen that starred the actress as the galaxy's most stylish pixie-elf exercise enthusiast.
