A Wisconsin man is accused of fatally shooting the husband of a woman he was having an affair with and hiding his body, according to court filings. On Monday, March 30, criminal charges including first-degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse were filed against Charles Allers in connection with the death of Terry DuSell, court records viewed by Us Weekly show. The charges were filed nearly a month after the Rusk County Sheriff's Office named Allers, 62, as a person of interest on March 3, when DuSell's body was discovered.
