Taryn Manning has found herself at the center of a legal debacle. On Wednesday, TMZ reported that the Orange Is the New Black alum was sued by a company called PDS Adjustment in January over a breach of contract. Per legal docs, Taryn was supposed to pay the company 20% of any and all insurance payouts over a water loss issue at her sprawling $1.3 million Palm Springs mansion. However, the company alleged the Karen actress failed to pay up, so they came after her legally for $37,140 in damages. Yikes! What a sour way to start the new year!
