Taryn Manning is speaking out after a video of her getting into an alleged altercation with a woman went viral. "I know that violence is never, ever, ever OK," Manning, 47, said in a Tuesday, March 31, Instagram video. "And there's a lot of context to that story that, obviously, didn't make it." Manning clarified that the woman in the video is not her girlfriend. The Orange Is the New Black alum accused the woman and another man of vandalizing her car, claiming that they bashed her windshield and slashed her tires.
