Meghan Markle is being slammed for being stuck on her ties to Britian. In the latest As Ever newsletter via Daily Express, the Duchess of Sussex spoke about different U.K. rituals that keep her calm. "We love turning a daily ritual, like a cup of tea, into a quiet invitation to slow down. A proper tea time doesn't need to be about perfection, but about presence," Meghan wrote.
