The couple welcomed their second child, daughter Méi June Mulaney, via surrogate on September 14, 2024. She joins their son, Malcolm Hiệp Mulaney, who was born in November 2021. While the arrival of their daughter marked a joyful milestone, the past few years have also been challenging for Munn. In March 2024, she revealed she had been diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent multiple procedures, including a double mastectomy and hysterectomy, as part of her treatment.
