T-Series' managing director Bhushan Kumar recently addressed the ongoing buzz around Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela's next, putting all Aashiqui 3 rumours to rest. In an interview with Faridoon Shahryar, he clarified, "It's not Aashiqui 3, it's an untitled film," adding that the shoot is currently underway in Srinagar. He shared that both Kartik and Sreeleela are filming actively, with the project progressing at full speed and a release expected later this year.
