A Venezuelan man who was sentenced to federal prison after he was caught allegedly posing as a teenager and attending an Ohio high school is facing a criminal sex offense, according to court records. On Wednesday, March 25, Anthony Emmanuel Labrador-Sierra, 24, was charged with pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor in Wood County, Ohio, court records viewed by Us Weekly show. The charge is considered a second-degree felony. Labrador-Sierra, who will turn 25 on March 27, pleaded guilty to the charge on Thursday, March 26, WTOL-TV reported.
