"Caterina and Rob have separated," reps for Scorsone and Giles told People in a May 2020 statement. "They remain friends and are committed to coparenting their children in a spirit of love." Before their divorce, Scorsone and Giles welcomed three children together: Eliza, Paloma and Arwen. Years after their divorce, Scorsone was spotted holding hands with former Grey's Anatomy love interest E.R. Fightmaster in March 2026.
