Nicholas Brendon may no longer be with us, but his lawyers are still pursuing a legal battle on his behalf. According to TMZ, the Buffy the Vampire Slayer star was involved in an Ohio lawsuit with contractor Stephen Britton when he passed away last week at 54, and his lawyers very much still intend to go through with it. Legal docs obtained by the outlet reveal Nicholas had sued Britton for more than $120,000, claiming the contractor left unfinished work in his Ohio home. In his suit, the 2000s actor claimed he loaned Britton $20,000 in 2025 and was never repaid.
