A Detroit man is accused of kidnapping a 14-year-old girl and keeping her at his home, where authorities said he sexually assaulted her over the span of a week, according to investigators. The incidents of sexual assault occurred at Ronnell Tremayne Agee's residence between March 3 and March 10, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said in a Tuesday, March 24, news release. "You see these stories in the media and momentarily think thankfully this doesn't happen here," Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said in a statement. "Then, reality smacks you in the face.
