A Florida doctor is facing sexual battery charges after one of his patients told authorities she found footage of him sexually assaulting her during a cosmetic procedure, according to court filings. The alleged assault occurred on October 25, 2025, when the 29-year-old woman saw Dr. Ronald F. DeMeo at his Miami practice and was allegedly provided with "nitro," a "sedative to alleviate pain before the procedure along with prescribed medication," states DeMeo's arrest affidavit dated Thursday, March 19.
