The Duchess of Sussex noticeably ditched the diamond ring Harry gave her in 2017 - which was worth a reported $350,000 - when she attended the Alliance for Children's Rights 34th Annual Champions for Children dinner, where she presented pal Kelly McKee-Zajfen with an award. Meghan did, however, wear her simple gold wedding band.
