A man accused of killing three people inside of a camper in North Carolina allegedly surrendered to authorities during a standoff hours after the murders. Ethan Lee Spaulding of Maxton was arrested the evening of Sunday, March 22, on three counts of first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and discharging a weapon within an enclosure to incite fear, the Robeson County Sheriff's Office said in a Monday, March 23, news release.
