A Texas man has been arrested amid suspicions that he was behind the murder of his "missing" girlfriend, who may have been buried in Oklahoma. Christopher Charles Sanders was arrested on March 7 in connection to the suspected murder of missing person Molly Richards, according to the arrest affidavit viewed by the Denton Record-Chronicle. Richards, 31, was reported missing on January 5. Her father told authorities that the last time he saw her was on November 18, 2025. He said he received text messages from her phone the following week that concerned him, per the affidavit.
