A South Carolina boutique owner has been arrested for the 14th time this year for allegedly defrauding some of her customers, Us Weekly has learned. Police in Pendleton recently spoke with a resident who reported placing four orders at Pamela Brooke Schronce's baby boutique. The victim claimed that her order never arrived, and she was not granted a refund. That is when police obtained four arrest warrants for obtaining property under false pretenses of less than $2,000. Pendleton's Interim Police Chief David Poulson said that Schronce actually turned herself in on Thursday, March 19.
