The under-fire sheriff in charge of the investigation into Nancy Guthrie's disappearance from her Tucson, Ariz., home is being sued for $1.35 million by an Arizona prisoner, Wonderwall.com can report. The inmate claims in a new lawsuit that Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos "endangered" his life. Pima County Jail inmate Christopher Michael Marx, 54, alleged that Nanos and the Pima County Sheriff's Department violated the Declaration of Rights, accusing them of threatening his safety as well as "cruel and unusual punishment.
