An 18-year-old was arrested in Florida after he allegedly beat and raped a woman who had been panhandling, according to authorities. Jamarcus Giscombe was arrested March 6 on charges of false imprisonment, sexual battery with a deadly weapon or physical force and aggravated battery involving great bodily harm in connection with the assault, court records viewed by Us Weekly show. Giscombe is a student at a Brevard County High School, WESH reported. Us contacted Brevard Public Schools for comment on Monday, March 16, and did not receive an immediate response.
