A North Carolina teen who had been missing for nearly a month was rescued over the weekend from a man's car in Florida, authorities said. A deputy discovered the 16-year-old girl inside Joshua Magraff's car after he pulled Magraff over for allegedly speeding along U.S. Route 17 near Crescent City the evening of Sunday, March 8, according to a Monday, March 9, Facebook post by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. In the post, the sheriff's office shared body camera footage of the deputy's encounter with Magraff, 37, who is from Charlotte, North Carolina.
