Sean "Diddy" Combs' lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said he may seek home confinement for the music mogul instead of prison when Diddy is sentenced in October. Diddy, 55, was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in early July, for which he could face up to 20 years in prison, less time already served. He has been detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, since his arrest in September 2024.
