Us Weekly can confirm that Taylor, 46, and Cartwright, 37, agreed in court documents on Tuesday, March 10, that neither party will be required to pay child support. They are each responsible for costs and expenses associated with their 3-year-old son when he's in their custody. According to the paperwork, Taylor has custody of Cruz every other weekend and on Wednesday nights.
