The court granted a broad injunction preventing misuse of his identity across platforms and advertisements. Anil Kapoor approached the Delhi High Court against the misuse of his image, voice, and the phrase "Jhakaas." The court ruled in his favour and restricted AI deepfakes and other unauthorised uses of his personality.
