The woman who has been charged with shooting at Rihanna's home has had a troubled past with the law in recent years. As Perezcious readers know, on Sunday afternoon, approximately 10 rounds were fired at RiRi's home - and she was inside! Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, 35, was arrested not long after and charged with attempted murder. She's currently being held on an over $10 million bail. The incident came after she posted concerning posts about Rihanna and other celebrities... and it's not her first run-in with the law.
