A father in Michigan has been arrested after his 13-month-old son was found inside his car that had been impounded days earlier - and was left in a tow yard. The Harper Woods Police Department confirmed that Orlander Murnell Linson, Jr. was taken into custody and charged with one count of child abuse by leaving a child in a vehicle resulting in physical harm, as well as one count of second-degree child abuse. The police department said in a press release that officers responded to a call regarding a car on Damman Street on Friday, February 27.
