Gypsy Rose Blanchard is opening up about her weight loss. Blanchard, 34, took to Instagram on Wednesday, March 4, to share a video of herself stepping on a scale that read 108.2 lbs. In another clip, the My Time to Stand author showed off her flat stomach in a blue crop top. "OK, y'all, I'm not gatekeeping. My weight loss came from life circumstances," Blanchard wrote in the caption. "After being released two years ago, my lifestyle changed a lot - from commissary junk food to home-cooked meals and trying new foods." Gypsy served just over eight years of a 10-year sentence in prison for her involvement in the 2015 murder of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard. She was released in December 2023 and completed her parole in June 2025. I wasn't actively trying to lose weight ... my whole life just changed and adjusted to freedom." While it's unclear exactly how much total weight Gypsy has lost since her release from prison, the Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup star previously revealed in April 2025 that she was down 25 lbs. "I've seen a lot of comments of people asking how I lost the weight so my weight loss journey started once getting out of prison ... when I started eating healthier instead of prison food, the weight begin to fall off," Gypsy explained at the time. After completing her parole, Gypsy shared her plans for the future during a June 2025 appearance on Tori Spelling's "misSPELLING" podcast. "I am completely moving forward with everything in my life, with motherhood, and I just have so much going for me that like nobody got anywhere in life by kept on looking in the rear view mirror," she said. "So I'm like, I just have my eyes forward."
