Alex Pretti's mom is remembering him on what would've been his 38th birthday. In Minnesota on January 24, Alex was killed by a US Border Patrol agent and a US Customs and Border Protection officer. His heart-wrenching death was seen around the world on video, and was officially ruled a homicide early last month. Over the weekend, Alex should have turned 38 and still be with us today, but his family has been left to mourn him. His mom, Susan Pretti, even took to Instagram to remember her son. She shared a sweet photo of him, writing in the caption: "Today should be your 38th birthday...
