Shia LaBeouf has once again been arrested in New Orleans in connection with an alleged Mardi Gras-related incident. The Associated Press reported on Saturday, February 28, that LaBeouf, 39, was arrested earlier in the day on suspicion of misdemeanor simple battery. This charge is related to his previous arrest on two counts of battery for allegedly striking an unidentified victim multiple times while being escorted out of a New Orleans restaurant on February 17.
