Fire Country returned with a midseason twist when a surprise character revealed they were at fault for Vince's death. The Friday, February 27, episode of the hit CBS show ended with Tyler (Conor Sherry) confessing that he was responsible for the fire that caused Bode's (Max Thieriot) dad Vince's (Billy Burke) death. This came as a shock considering Tyler's stepdad Landon (Josh McDermitt) was previously questioned - and presumed to be at fault - for arson. Before the show's midseason return, showrunner Tia Napolitano hinted that the show's story will be going through some changes.
