A doctor in Virginia has been charged with two sex crime counts after he allegedly told a victim that he had a "fantasy" about her. Richmond Police charged Frank Ramsey, 83, with felony object sexual penetration and misdemeanor assault and battery on August 11, 2025. At the time of his arrest, he was working part-time at a Patient First location in Chesterfield County. Ramsey reportedly entered a Richmond-area hospital on August 6, 2025, to visit a family friend, identified as Individual A in the board's allegation statement viewed by CBS 6.
