The biggest celebration of Assamese cinema is all set to take place tonight. The Filmfare Awards Assamese 2026 with Jeevan Ram Mungi Devi Goenka Public Charitable Trust, will be held on February 27 in Guwahati. The dazzling night will honour the finest actors, filmmakers, storytellers and technicians in the realm of Assamese cinema for their films released in 2024 and 2025. Hosted by Kopil Bora and Nishita Goswami, the star-studded evening will see some head-turning red-carpet appearances, candid moments, memorable performances, and rousing winning moments.
