A mother, grandmother and uncle are accused of abusing and neglecting three Pennsylvania children so severely that a medical professional found the abuse met the "definition of child torture," according to police. Following a two-year investigation, officers arrested Newberry Township residents Ashley Cardona, Lori Cardona, and Michael Cardona on Wednesday, February 25, the Newberry Township Police Department said in a news release issued the same day.
